Pity the company in question is in Administration already. Its not
going to be worth the paper its printed on....


Actually I believe it will be, because it can be used in new cases and might make these other companies who they're suing settle out of court.

Okay they're possibly not going to get the full £140k they were awarded but what are the administrators going to do with a whole load of TV's which they're legally not allowed to sell (remember, the Judge blocked the sale of these specific TV's).

I read somewhere (might have been Groklaw) that the TV's could end up being donated to charity.
