That is so true. What gets me is some sites which are 100% flash and 0% useful content.

Having worked in a couple of places where that is true* I can say is sales/graphics people are a lot better at selling themselves than the products the company makes! The parallel is 'Personnel' where they always employ 6 extra full time staff for every 5 people they make redundant.
