Hmm I don't remember writing 31 proposals or indeed anything remotely
along the lines of "kill Microsoft", (concentrated on the positives of
open source and left Microsoft bashing to the rest),  so I guess other
people in Government organizations are just as ticked off with
proprietary software as I am ... its good to know I am not alone ....
