[LUG] OT: NTP debugging and debugging time

Anyone seen good documentation on using "ntpq" and or debugging odd time 
issues?

Best I've seen is:

I think that bit is sorted but I feel the need to write that bit up a 
bit better and improve my know-how, as I've established my time sources 
are currently good. Or at least less than 100th of a second different to 
my Linux servers.

So now to figure out why Windows servers are reporting that they aren't 
silly enough to set the time back to a date prior to 1995 - sigh. Better 
yet can I skip Microsoft's own time sync garbage for domain controllers 
and clients and do it a better way?
