Sting no, won't work
USB no, too expensive
Ethernet kinda limited to <100m, unless you go for expensive Fibre
ethernet options
So yes wifi, I guess.

Another option is ethernet over the mains if the two places are on the same ring main

I'd favour wifi with a directional antenna

Where I work we had a slightly different problem, less than 500m but poor reception so we used one of these
