Don't think it's a scam, I've chatted to Neil (Tancock) via E-Mail. AFAIK he's based Torbay. He is a real person although his last post was in March 2010. It's possible the company he was working for no longer employs him and since then his e-mail address has been disabled.

Don't forget, when we send messages to the mailing list, they have our e-mail addresses on. It's possible that the server which is sending the bounces is just sending them to the 'from' address rather than the 'error to' address which is in the e-mail headers.

Looking at their web site, the registered address is in Paignton. There's even a phone number on there (select Contact Us)...

I also have Neil's mobile number if anyone wants to ring him to tell him to sort his e-mail address out.
