I don't know of any off the shelf products off the top of my head, maybe you'd have to look at something like a MiniITX motherboard with a VIA or Atom chip on there (or maybe one of those Athlon Neo chips if you can find one) and slimline MiniITX case, or it might be worth looking at what Shuttle can offer.

I quite like the design of that one but it's a little pricey.

One of my colleagues at work is building himself a NAS and has just got one of these to go in it...

It uses a standard 5.25" drive bay, but allows 4 SATA 2.5" hard drives. If you can find a small enough case that takes a standard size CD/DVD drive then maybe this might be an option (albeit slightly more for the drives).
