[LUG] new website editing - drupal markup

Perhaps for now,  if we type any content in to a plain boring text file
and then when the time comes it can be uploaded,  or e-mailed to people
who can edit the drupal site (e.g me) I can then just copy / paste.

I have pasted the following from the bit that allows me to edit new
content.

    Web page addresses and e-mail addresses turn into links automatically.
    Allowed HTML tags: <a> <em> <strong> <cite> <code> <ul> <ol> <li>
<dl> <dt> <dd>
    Lines and paragraphs break automatically.
