Try scanning 1000asa film...

My scanner - Canon FS2700 has produced some really good A3+ prints of some photos I've taken. (I used to mostly use 160asa film) and with some tweaking I've also produced A3 prints from my old 5MP Nikon CP5000 digicam, although the results weren't as good as the scanner... Shame the printer & paper costs more than getting it done in the high street now... (Actually I dumped my old Epson A3+ printer a few years ago as I wasn't using it enough to stop the jets clogging up )-:
