I wouldn't say you need it as such as Linux can't run Windows viruses and you should be protected by the BT Home Hub firewall unless you setup any port forwarding.

You can however install Clam Anti-Virus. There is a frontend for Clam Anti-Virus called klamav which is specifically for KDE. I'd guess for Ubuntu or Gnome users, they could try nautilus-clamscan (not tried it myself, I have used clamscan a couple of times from a terminal to scan Windows machines for infections).
