I saw on Spotlight last night that D&C Police are worried about their future funding. I wonder whether they could save some significant amount of money by changing to Open Source. Is it worthwhile to suggest this to spotlight@xxxxxxxxx? If so we might all send spotlight an email on the subject. Views?
