Most of these things are computer arranged so the last in comes out at the first stop etc. The separation of invoicing from everything else is down to accountants wanting to keep their stuff separate cos they don't trust MS 'security' either. Security being the most important part of any computer setup but MS pretending it doesn't exist... So it may look silly to get a flash pen drive in a 2' cubic box but it actually works out cheaper for all concerned. Bring in laws on to make packaging enforceably re-usable....
