Easiest is probably stick in the post. Sea Mail would probably be
cheapest, just make sure it is insured.

But

- He / she will have to declare the value of it on a customs sticker
- You may have to pay VAT / customs etc before can collect it

What I do not know is if the US exporter can get any tax rebate from
exporting the goods

what state he / she is exporting from

If they use simple post then from Post Office they can get a Customs
Declaration that they stick on the parcel.

Alternatively: use a freight forwarder - available in the yellow pages.
Depending on the goods, it might be cheaper for you to find one in
England and tell them to collect it from the exporter.
