My Matrox G550 knows nothing of the resolution I want to use on a new monitor (1680x1050) The built-in ATI chipset in the machine can drive the monitor, but not at that resolution. I don't need anything for fast video or gaming, but something able to handle gimpage on big pictures, and some general purpose computing would be good. DVI rather than or a well as VGA would be a bonus. What kit works?
