Refers to "mailhost.myisp.co.uk"

A quick "dig" shows this record is "NXDOMAIN" (non-existent domain) in
the DNS, so it doesn't exist. But I'm unclear if you obfuscated this bit
or not - when asking about DNS issues never obfuscate the details as it
stops folk helping you.

Customarily the DNS has one view, so if they have put the mailhost in
their internal view only that would be a daft thing for them to do.

Either way you can use "dig" to figure out if they have done that.
