Do you mean you'd want to remove /dev/sda5, /dev/sda4 and /dev/sda2 then 
  increase the size of /dev/sda3?

I wouldn't have thought it would be a problem as long as they're not 
mounted.  You could probably do it with gparted on the System Rescue CD 
or maybe an Ubuntu/Fedora/etc live CD.  This guide will may help:

I'd suggest backing up any important data first though if you have got 
room on another hard disk or some other media just in case.
