[LUG] Sync

Hi Guys

Thanks for all the help recently on servers and php.

In a world that now has multi players in os's, I am wondering whether
Linux is the interface that could bring them together. I love my Mac
and OS X because it works and works well. My address book, iCal,
iTunes, iPhoto, etc all fit together. I have a .me account which syncs
these apps with my iPod. I have an office on the road. The only
problem with this set-up is that I use a laptop all the time (it being
the only currently affordable and powerful enough Mac). I want to get
a desktop and I am wondering whether Linux can be made to play with
all my Mac loved apps. i.e. Can I sync my address book? Can I connect
to my iTunes via Linux to play music or movies? Can I store them on an
external hard drive and access them through the Mac or Linux?

Of course I haven't mentioned windows because I don't have one but
there are people I know with mixed networks? Is it possible to store
some info online etc...

Thanks for the help.
