I have BT Total Broadband, but have never had BT Business Broadband.
I change wireless set up by going into the BT router home page
(My case bthomehub.home or number equivalent. It should give a screen
with options for setup.
Wireless encryption is under advanced.
This gives option to change wireless set up from  provided WEP to WPA
