It's running Ubuntu 8.04; if they've gone ahead and installed the Ubuntu Netbook Remix then I can see it working at 1280x800, otherwise I can't imagine Gnome looking too good at that resolution on a 12" monitor.

1280x800 on a 12.1" screen?!  I get that on my 15.4" screen.  I'm
jealous... but still think I'd find it hard to type on such a small device.
