It appears that have a file available in Plucker format.  A quick Google 
search comes up with this:   http://www.plkr.org/

Supposidly it's available for PalmOS and Windows Mobile with utilities 
for Windows, MacOS and Linux.

I presume the utilities could read/open the documents.

They also have HTML and plaintext versions available.
