They have some funky code on that page that only accepts > certain characters in the fields. backspace isn't one of them. It's not a Firefox problem though; it doesn't work in IE either. Indeed some silly JavaScript code that ignores anything you type but alphanumerical characters. Which is as clever an idea as a sign bank saying 'it is illegal to rob this bank'. It works in my favourite text-only browser w3m though. Form seems to have been processed too. Yay!
