Again, my point. PDF is not designed with on-line use in mind. It
really is for paper output, nothing more.
I simply can't blame the PDF format for a cock-up on the part of Amex's
IT dept. They used a tool that was not up to the job, but that's not
the fault of the PDF format or Adobe. I mean, if I tried to tarmac the
M1 with a shovel and a sledge hammer, a hash would be made of the job.
Who's to blame, the tools or me?
