Well perhaps that should be brought to the attention of the OFT,  esp as 
I assume it also prevents schools saving money on using Openoffice.org 
as well,  do they have to have a license for all computers that could 
run Office.   in which case this IS an monopoly, 

I don't see the point of individuals doing this,  we  need a united 
statement that we all agree on and perhaps input from IT people within 
schools to highlight the problems they face over this.
