Corporate Smoothwall has content filtering (and other stuff too) with
automagic updates... :-)

It can also be setup to have different user accounts and groups with
differing levels of access...

All depends if you wanna spend the pennies..

IPCop and Smoothie GPL can be bent to do similar, but if you want
corporate level support...
