Hello. I have a wps (M$ works- *shiver*) file that I need to open and convert to something sensible (actually several of them). Unfortunately the whole reason I need to do this is because the PSU has died on their laptop, so I can't run works to convert them using that. OpenOffice has a "WPS 2000/Office 1.0" filter, but it doesn't work (it says general input/output error, but it's not that it can't read the file, it just doesn't understand it).
