Hi I have been given an Advent computer that I would love to stick Linux on. However, I cannot get to the boot sequence to tell it to boot of cd rom. It ignores any key press and just goes straight into boot of hard drive. So I stuck in a copy of Kubuntu thinling I could boot of the disk and install from windows but it doesn't do it. I thought the disks could be run as a live cd but it seems I have to actually boot of it. Is there a way in Windows of getting it to run in live mode so I can arrange the same please? Thanks. -- Rich http://www.cregy.co.uk Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him.
