Need some secure "piece of mind" delivery to the Indians typing these
medical audio reports up? :)

I guess you could implement a web application where the audio files
could be played back with some flash player. There the transcribers
could type up what they hear in the same web page in a textarea. And
from the web application you should have quite OK control of who is
listening to what and so forth.

Of course flash isn't FOSS though. Oops.

They could record what they hear, though all audio DRM fall prey to this
type of attack.
