Can you still lock cases,  I thought they did not come with locks / keys 
anymore,   It seesm to me that the only way to prevent people logging on 
would be to restrict physical access to the computer,   it may be worth 
having a mesage flash up to say when the last time that user logged 
on,   that way the know that people can 'find out'

But an element of trust has to be somewhere,
