i've not installed a boot rom for about 10 years :)

you might want to have a good look around in your BIOS settings.

normally you enable it by selecting 'boot from network' in bios, or 
selecting 'other' or 'network', 'external', or the NIC manufacturers name in 
the boot device priority (again in the bios).

once enabled, most then have a 'PRESS ALT-A' (or such) just after bios before 
booting to allow you to modify (normally fairly pointless) settings.
