If I actually had direct control over the network infrastructure it
would be fairly trivial to sort out. Right now I think it might be
easier to get a Vogon to save his grandmother from being eaten by the
Ravenous Bug-Blatter Beast of Trall than to get a VLAN configuration
changed in a PFI building.
