The biggest issue is that you need to avoid running out of memory, LTSP
does not handle this very gracefully.

IIRC the K12LTSP contains just about everything. If it's the only server
on a LAN you shouldn't have too many problems. If it isn't you really
need to know what you are doing (K12LTSP probably isn't the best option
if you want to integrate LTSP into an existing network).
