I think they are in unstable now, but I'm sure they are probably "professional quality", and you can buy good support in UK time zones (or host with the guys doing the packaging). We are still using UML for virtual servers for Neil and myself, and it still works, but was challenging to set up. What is the motivation for virtual servers.
