vmware is proprietary isn't it?

Steve Kemp is doing Xen packaging work for Debian, presumably for
Bytemark (i.e. professionally). I think they are in unstable now, but
I'm sure they are probably "professional quality", and you can buy good
support in UK time zones (or host with the guys doing the packaging).

We are still using UML for virtual servers for Neil and myself, and it
still works, but was challenging to set up.

What is the motivation for virtual servers. If it isn't compelling
security concerns, I'd say sort it some other way - contractual -
hardware (hardware is cheap).
