Hello. I am hoping maybe someone will help me with a few very simple problems that i've been having with my fedora 4 install. Firstly I'd like to mention that fedora core 5 will not install on my computer. :: YUM :: I have recently been using YUM to update the computer, so far i updated the kernel and graphics etc.. Now i seem to be having a problem with GPG Keys, and i am unable to install any updates via YUM/YUMEX. please could someone show me how to update these keys. :: ROOT :: Since i updated the kernel it is no longer possible for me to login as root in the KDE GUI, i also would like to gain root access again to make changes to stuff. :: FSTAB :: I can also no longer write to a fat32 partition, please show me how it is possible to correct this, (without root access) :: Refresh rates :: I also have a problem with my refresh rate on my monitor, it's too slow. i am used to running at 1600x1200x100Mhz but i am currently running at a retina burning 75Mhz. please show me how to change to the desired refresh rates Thanks in advance Dan. - The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
