Not knowing everything about Mini-ITX I don't know if I can help, but I
do have one of these cases:

(or at least the slightly older version)

Which is lying unused at the moment. It has small board which does the
power conversion and plugs into a brick type PSU with a cloverleaf plug.

If you want it, you can have it.
