Its probably a question of domain registration and
ownership.
I used fasthosts to register a couple of domains and
their admin panel allows ME to set my domain to be
pointed to xx.xxx..
If you own your domain name you can probably transfer
control of it to fasthosts and use their admin to
point it to whatever I want.
