There is almost certainly no need for viral checking in Linux, due to
a) the fact that nobody has yet bothered to write a virus for it and
b) its security is so excellent so as to provent any viral activity.

And, I don't think there are any virus scanners for Linux, but SELinux
is a good way of improving your security.
