So was seb coe, but neither have ever been any use on national issues, or 
even major regional ones like Public Transport, etc.

Unfortunately any correspondance about things like ID Cards, RIPA or 
Software Patents will result in a canned letter saying how lovely and 
wonderful it all is and that she is sure that her ministers are all very 
clever and that there is nothing to worry about so there is no point her 
reading your concerns, let alone forwarding them on to the appropriate 
Minister.
