Hardly seems worth it for advertising for staff if they move out of Exeter. I also used to use Eclipse (for about 10 months from when they started the wires only ADSL trials), I've lost count of how many ISP's I've used over the past few years. I liked their tech support staff, helpful with a sense of humour, especally when I phoned up one saying that my SpeedTouch Home modem wouldn't connect, they laughed when I said I'd hacked the firmware to turn it into a SpeedTouch Pro :-) Is Telewest any good at the moment? I'm on the lookout for a new ISP, and cable seems more attractive price wise than ADSL for me.
