That all depends on the uses you want to put it to? I use something called INSERT (INside SEcuRiTy) - a LiveCD that fits on a "business card CD" (it's ~50Mb). Has FluxBox desktop with some funky addons; network scanners; virus scanner (ClamAV); docs on how to use CaptiveNTFS support; etc, etc. You can find it here: http://www.inside-security.de/INSERT_en.html If you're looking for a general purpose hardware tester, then any of those you mentioned.
