Not forgetting whoever *paid* for the article to be written.  Wonder how 
much sponsorship The Guardian get from MS? :)

It reads to me very much like "please please don't use that nasty 
Open-Source software, my bonus will suffer".  Methinks the lady doth 
protest wayyyyyyy tpp much! :)
