been invited to a DTI confrence in London on the issue. Looking at the intrested in going. It is on 14 Dec at the DTI confrence center in London (start at 9am).
AFFS are already aware of the conference and are going to provide information, updates and support to anyone who is going to attend.
For starters, it looks likely that an alternative to the leaflet they have been sending out will be drawn up; that leaflet was atrociously bad, viz. http://news.zdnet.co.uk/business/0,39020645,39172989,00.htm . I think we will also be providing guidance to those people coming on the way to make the best impression possible, to ensure that their point is made as well as possible.
(AFFS) I've volunteered to go from this area and I'll let the list know if other places are available, if third party invitations will be accepted and who else is attending. FFII are also aware and are probably attending. -- Neil Williams ============= http://www.codehelp.co.uk/ http://www.dclug.org.uk/ http://www.isbn.org.uk/ http://sourceforge.net/projects/isbnsearch/ http://www.biglumber.com/x/web?qs=0x8801094A28BCB3E3
