[LUG] SMTP Feeds

Anybody point me at some docs on setting up a mail server to allow dialup
connections to pick up mail via SMTP?

i.e.
clients MX record points to my server but when they dialup to the internet
and connect they can get mail via an SMTP feed from my server to theirs. A
bit like Demon dial up accounts used to work (still do maybe, been a good 10
years since I had a demon account).
