Funnily enough the answer on data migration looks just like the
response on the NPFIT website.

Perhaps the OSS policy has left the NHSIA (IIS 5, ASP, W2K) and gone
to work for NPFIT (Apache, Debian, PHP), seems to be a trend ;)
