I'm sorry I wasn't able to be there. I remember the first Linux meet I went to - didn't understand a word of it! But I still really enjoyed it and I took notes - came home read up and learnt loads more. Kai and Adrian gave talks then! And yes I can remember thinking what I would like is a really long Debian meet. So I regret not being to come.

Can I ask a quick question to Kai, What do you mean about losing the desktop and having a browser instead. I'll check the notes and see if that answers.

Its a pity you were not in the first I was in St. Austell where I gave out Knoppix.

Looks like I struck a nerve with the "desktop" comments. That's good. I
should have come armed with Web kiosk live CDs.
