Sounds convenient.

So would I - my experience so far has been disappointing, but it is
more to do with me learning GRUB, typing an upteen line boot option
too many times, and reading documentation properly, than anything
related to Microkernels. Once it gets to an installed multiuser
system it looks much like Debian, but I guess that is the point,
layer on something familiar even if it may be a bit slower, but
prepare a base on which more varied things can come later. However
it has that very much "in development" feel to it, like my request
for "what network cards are supported" was met with "there is a list
in the source code" ;)
