Are they still returning 404's for the sites they censor?

If so I'd say "Don't encourage BT" in their LEANFEED programme.

ISPs were always arguing they are neutral carriers, if BT unilaterally
wants to change this that is their privilege (although I think a very
bad business move), but they should at least make it clear where they
have censored stuff rather than just return an inappropriate error.

The IWF are not infallible, indeed most of my communications with them
have suggested quite the opposite.
