I use a speedtouch 530 through a cheapy 8-port switch. It just works
on my mixed MS / MDK network.

My Father-in-Law uses Belkin wireless kit with built-in switch.  The
wireless has been problematic from time to time but otherwise
absolutely fine but he is MS only.
