Try "/etc/rc.d/init.d/webmin start" (as root) to start the webmin server. If 
you type "webmin" at a command prompt it attemps to start up webmin AND run a 
webbrowser to look at it. After you have started the server poing a browser 
at "https://youripaddress:10000/";
