xtpsetup is a Turboprint utility. So definitely have to ask the vendor
(assuming you checked the CDs which came with it).

This just looks like settings for a standard lpd printer - try whatever
print tool you have, and just say "lpd" or "remote lpd" (Sometimes also
classified Berkeley or SysV - if in doubt try Berkeley first).
