Anyone wanna swap for the amount I get notification of ?? my fix ??

Sophos + Amavis + Spamassassin + Sendmail (work) or Exim (Home)

An hourly update of the sophos definitions, and bobs your proverbial
uncle...

I have not had notification of anything getting past that, aside from
the ones that already had the attachment stripped...
